Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre
Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre and Ballroom is Bournemouth’s stunning Art Deco theatre providing year-round entertainment.
Built-in the 1920s, this vintage theatre retains its original and elegant styling and is home to touring West End stage shows, Opera, Ballet, Pantomime, Comedy, and concerts all year round.
The Bournemouth Pavilion is one of the South Coast's best-loved theatres and cultural venues. For nearly a century it has remained in constant use and attracts over 200,000 visits each year.
Parking:
Bournemouth Pavilion has its own car park providing 185 spaces with 8 accessible spaces. Charges apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with payment made by phone or mobile app. Additional parking is available on Bath Road North (116 spaces), Bath Road South (163 spaces), and Bournemouth International Centre multi-storey car park (644 spaces), an approximate ten-minute walk to the Pavilion.
Accessibility:
- General Access - Entry to the building is via a ramp and semi-automatic doors.
- Wheelchair access is possible to the majority of public areas within the Pavilion - with the exception of the Snug Bar, Committee Room, Circle, and Circle Bar.
- In the Auditorium - The position for wheelchairs are located on the flat floor area of the theatre in Row G. Access is not available into the Circle.
- Accessible Toilets in various locations.
- The Pavilion Theatre and Ballroom are fitted with the Sennheiser Infrared Amplification System. Receivers and headsets are available from the main reception desk in the foyer.
- Guide dogs and Assistance Dogs are permitted into all areas of the Pavilion. They are to be kept on a lead at all times and under control. Water is available on request.
