A brand new space to work is coming to Bournemouth Town Centre in September, catering to the curious, creative, and entrepreneurial individuals and teams from across Dorset and the South Coast.

Located on the first floor of the iconic Bobby’s building in Bournemouth Town Centre, Patch is for founders, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and teams, offering an array of work and event spaces, including a wellness studio, an event space for up to 100 people, smaller meeting rooms, open-plan seating, private offices for up to 16 people, soundproof booths, a podcast lab, quiet corners, and breakout zones. Members can also enjoy a kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, ergonomic furniture, unlimited coffee, and more.

We had the opportunity to speak with the team behind Patch and were impressed by their mission to support local towns by repurposing unused buildings and to build a thriving network. The extensive space at Patch is designed to boost productivity and inspire creativity, combining exceptional facilities with beautiful design. We were pleased to hear that they also plan to keep the heritage features like the wooden floorboards, ornate pressed metal ceilings, and large arched windows.

Patch will offer flexible and convenient memberships tailored to various working styles. Office memberships come with short-term leases starting from 3 months, covering all maintenance and setup costs in a simple monthly payment. Coworking memberships start from just £24 a month and can be used by the day or the hour, perfect for remote workers and individuals with caregiving responsibilities. All memberships include access to shared amenities, from member kitchens to breakout spaces.
