Talent Seeker Celebrate 10 years by giving back

We’re thrilled to mark 10 incredible years of Talent Seeker!

Talent Seeker blends the headhunting precision of an executive search firm with the warm, personalised, and collaborative style of an in-house recruitment team. Their aim is to integrate effortlessly with a company’s HR function, becoming a trusted partner that adds real value.

They are especially passionate about supporting organisations that positively impact their communities, including charities, NPOs, schools, B-Corps, and companies with strong CSR strategies.

Over the last decade of being in operation, one thing that has not changed is Talent Seeker's commitment to finding exceptional talent and building long-term partnerships with their clients, partners and candidates.

To honour this achievement, they are wanted to give back in a meaningful way. That’s why they're teaming up with long-term partner Julia’s House, an incredible charity providing vital care for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

10km for 10 years along the ‘Great Tail Trail’

As part of their celebrations, the Talent Seeker team will be walking 10km along the coast, 1km for every year they've been in business. This is part of the ‘Great Tail Trail’ and Talent Seeker welcome all to join in whether by walking or donating to Julia's House.

The walk will be along the stunning Dorset coastline from Sandbanks to Bournemouth Pier and back. This will be more than just a walk; it’s a way of supporting a cause close to this company's heart and making a positive difference in our local community.

After the walk we will be treating you to a well-deserved celebratory lunch.

Date:Thursday 15th May

Time: 9:30am (9:45am start walking) back for lunch around 12:30/1pm

Route: Sandbanks to Bournemouth Pier and back 

Please bring: Water, appropriate walking wear, snacks if needed!

Donation: £20 per person to join the walk
