• Game terrine (GF) with Pickled legumes, shallot purée and shimeji mushrooms
• Trio of figs (V, GF) with Isle of Wight blue cheese, chorizo crumb and oil
• Marinated vegetables tian (GF) with Mediterranean vegetables, chickpeas and Provençale sauce

• Traditional roast turkey with Festive accompaniments
• Fillet mignon steak (GF) with Creamy cep and truffle cream
• Roasted lamb with Smoked potato purée served with a mini shepherd’s pie and rosemary jus
• Trio of fish (GF) - Monkfish, turbot, and sea bass, clams and crevette, saffron and samphire
• Goat’s cheese, beetroot & rosemary risotto (GF)
