New Owners at Cafe Bonjour in Poundbury

The popular Café Bonjour in Dorchester has new owners.

John Sutton and Sue Page took over the small café in Poundbury on Babeny Walk in early November this year, a downsize from their award winning Redcliff Bed and Breakfast.

John has been in the catering industry for over 40 years as a chef and has been all over the world, from Germany to South Africa and a few places in between.

The cafe is predominantly a sandwich bar but with a few tweaks. As well as a huge variety of sandwiches, you can get sausage rolls, tea cakes, French baguettes, croissants and they have added a French touch with a Petit Dejeuner on the menu.

Homemade cakes by Sue can also be found at Café Bonjour.

John and Sue will be adding more to their menu in the spring.
