Your Total Guide To eating & drinking

Britannia Parkstone (Sponsor Eating & Drinking)
street corner

Samuel Corner, 20-year-old chef from Dorset opens new bar and restaurant on Christchurch Road in Boscombe.

Replacing Baboo Ji, Street Corner offers a relaxed and reasonably priced place to eat and drink not too far from the beach.

Samuel Corner has grown up in Dorset and been a chef from a very young age. After cooking for the likes of Rag and Bone Man and Westlife, his love and skills as a chef drove him to opening his very own bar and restaurant in his home town.

A lot of work needed to happen over the past 6 months due to a major refurbishment of the venue but Samual was supported by family and friends and was able to open the doors last week.

He told us that where he can, most of the drinks, meat, fish, vegetables and fruit they serve is sourced as local as possible because he is keen to support the local area that he grew up in.

The venue host Happy Hour 5-7pm every day which includes 2 for £14 on the cocktails!

You’ll find everything from mouth watering Katsu Curry, and a Vegan Tofu Option to incredible pizzas, burgers and fries, and a delicious Sunday roast.

Street Corner is open Sunday - Monday 12pm – 11pm and Friday - Saturday 12pm – 12am.
