Weekly Pub Quiz

Every Sunday The Britannia holds a popular pub quiz at 6:30pm (£3pp, with £2 going to Julia’s House Children’s Charity).

Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day

If you are like us then good food is truly the way to our hearts. Make Valentine’s a day to remember, whoever you’re sharing it with. Our specials menu features a strawberry-filled shareable classic, a delicious Baked Alaska that will be sure to wow. Mix and match specials with our à la carte and for those daytime dining and enjoying 2 courses between 12-5pm on 14th February we will treat you to a glass of fizz each.

Steak Night returns

Our popular steak night returns on Wednesday 21st February! Enjoy a bottle of wine on us and 3 specially selected sauces when you buy 2 steaks. You will find a weekly steak special to try too, including Tomahawk and Boston Rib Chop. Call ahead to check. Something to cheer you up during these cold months!

Après Ski Thursdays

We’re huge fans of cheese and our signature cheese soufflé is a permanent feature on the menu. But for just 6 weeks, all day every Thursday from 15th February to 21st March, you will be joined by our very special après-ski cheese-themed specials. Enter the most delicious of tartiflettes, the most decadent of sharing fondues, the tastiest of raclettes and the cheesiest of desserts with St Marcellin, truffle honey and accompaniments. You can mix and match with our à la carte or have a full on 3 course cheese extravaganza. Jubel are also offering up a complimentary beer when you buy a bucket of five. What’s not to love!

Live music

Every Thursday at 8pm there will be some toe-tapping tunes in the bar, including an open mic night on the last Thursday of every month, with no booking required!

Roasts

Sunday Roasts are a must in the winter, and ours are legendary! Featuring unlimited Yorkshires, roast potatoes and gravy, finishing at 5pm.

Happy Hour

Two cocktails are always better than one, and with that in mind, our fabulous Happy Hour offer is coming back very soon…Take your pick from our favourites and we will treat you to another on the house. We will share more details as to when this will be back so keep an eye on their socials!

Outside area

The gorgeous outside dining area, complete with an outdoor fireplace, is open all year round and - while weather dependent - it is always there to welcome guests for a lunch under the parasols. And watch this space - this lively area will be awash with fun in the sun this May with plans to introduce our first festival! Complete with a DJ, perfectly poured pints and tasty seasonal food in the sun.
