Aladdin is always a favourite, but this one has to be one of the best yet; Chris Jarvis as Widow Twanky was an absolute hoot, and the set and energy of the cast were just fantastic.

The magic of Aladdin Panto at The Lighthouse Poole
The Aladdin Panto at The Lighthouse Poole is a true spectacle that captivates audiences from the moment the curtain rises.
This magical tale of a young street urchin, a magical lamp, and a wish-granting genie takes the audience on a thrilling adventure filled with laughter, excitement, and heartwarming moments.
I loved the way they made lots of references to the local area and even showed a video over Poole and Dorset's key attractions and used the Jurassic Coast and Winspit Quarry area as the Caves (the Caveman Ghost number is brilliant!)
A highlight was the 12 Days of Christmas song including local items including Dorset Knobs and "A Bra made with Crabs from Poole Quay"!
The cast are exceptionally talented, with Widow Twankey (Chris Jarvis), Andrew Pollard (Professor Pocus) and Alim Jadavji (The Genie) creating a laugh-a-minute (lots of reference to This Morning this year).
While the vibrant costumes and stunning set designs create a visually stunning backdrop for the unfolding story. From the dazzling dance numbers to the catchy musical tunes, every aspect of the Aladdin Panto at The Lighthouse Poole is carefully crafted to ensure a truly unforgettable experience.
My girls (as well as Hubby and I) were all up dancing and getting stuck in to the Booing and 'It's Behind You" panto frolicks.
The chemistry and energy of the cast are infectious, leaving the audience spellbound and cheering for more. There is something for everyone and we highly recommend.
