Steeleye Span: The Green Man Tour

Pioneers of folk-rock, Steeleye Span, are coming to Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre for one night only on Monday 14 October 2024.

Together for fifty-five years now, the band changed the face of folk music forever by taking it into the world of gold discs and international tours.

Their new album The Green Man Collection features tracks from recent releases and three revived classics.

This includes a remix of “Hard Times” with Francis Rossi from Status Quo, Elvis Costello’s “Shipbuilding cover”, and the title track composed by Bob Johnson during the 1980s.

For this tour, the band will be accompanied by new violinist Athena Octavia.

Known for their vast music history, the show will offer a selection of songs from across the years and firm fan favourites.
