Mini Bagel Pepperoni Pizzas

Preperation & Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Equipement

  • Baking Tray
  • Spoon
  • Foil

Ingredients

  • Tomato Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Bagels

Method

Step 1 -  Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line your baking tray with a sheet of foil.

Step 2 - Cut your bagels into halfs and spread a thin layer of the tomato sauce on both halfs of the bagel

Step 3 - Then sprinkle the mix of mozzaella and cheddar cheese until the tomato sauce is covered.

Step 4 - Cut the pepperoni into little circles and place onto the bagel.

Step 5 - Bake for 10 minutes until the bagel is golden and the cheese has melted.

Strawberry Animal Sandwiches

Preperation Time: 5 Minutes

  • Strawberry Jam
  • Sandwich bread
  • Butter

Method

Step 1 - Lay out your chopping board to help give you a flat and clean service to create your animal sandwiches.

Step 2 - Get two pieces of bread and lay them flat onto the chopping board. Cut the crusts off and begin to create your animal shapes with the animal cutters. Make sure you create 2 of each animal to ensure the top and bottom of the sandwich match.

Step 3 - Once all your animals have been created spread your butter on one side of each shape.

Step 4 - Then spread your strawberry jam and voila your deliciously sweet animal sandwiches are ready!

Floral Cucumber, Pepper & Carrot Hummus Bites

Preperation Time: 7 Minutes

Equipement

  • Floral Cutting Shapes
  • Spoon or Piping Bag
  • Chopping Board

Ingredients

  • Hummus
  • Cucumber
  • Carrots
  • Pepper (Red, Green & Yellow)

Method:

Step 1 - Begin by chopping your vegetables (carrots, cucumber & peppers) on a chopping board. Make sure you chop each fruit into 2cm shapes to ensure they are the correct thickness for the cutters.

Step 2 - Once all your veg has been cut you then want to place your floral cutters onto the vegetables to create the floral shapes.

Step 3 - Once all your floral shapes have been created you then want to fill a clean piping bag with your chosen hummus. You then want to carefully pipe small circles of hummus onto the tops of the vegetable shapes.

 

Butterfly Tomato Pasta

Preperation & Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Kettle
  • Sieve

Ingredients

  • Tomato Pasta Sauce
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Faralle Pasta

Method

Step 1 - Boil the kettle (Aprox. 2 cups of water)

Step 2 - Measure out 45-65g of Faralle pasta and place in a saucepan. Then add a pinch of salt.

Step 3 - Pour the boiled water into the saucepan and set a timer for 8-10 minutes once the pasta has started to boil.

Step 4 - Once the pasta has boiled sieve the water away and keep the pasta in the saucepan. Then add the tomato sauce and mix together.
