Forest Holme Hospice Charity

Forest Holme Hospice is part of University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust.

They provide palliative and end-of life-care and support to more than 1,500 people each year across Poole, Wimborne, and the Isle of Purbeck with advanced cancer and other life-limiting illnesses such as Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson’s, Heart Disease, and Respiratory Illness.

Forest Holme Hospice provides care and support either at home, in Poole Hospital, or at their dedicated hospice facility.

Although Forest Holme is an NHS hospice, funding is limited and they still need to raise at least £1,000,000 a year so their team can deliver the highest level of care, when and where it counts.
