Jet2 launches first-ever flights to Prague and Vienna from Bournemouth airport for 2025

Jet2 has unveiled two new winter destinations from Bournemouth Airport, allowing passengers to fly directly to Prague in the Czech Republic and Vienna in Austria for the first time starting in winter 2025.

These additions are part of Jet2’s inaugural Christmas markets programme at Bournemouth, expanding the holiday options available to travellers from the South Coast.

Earlier this year, Jet2 announced the launch of its 12th UK base at Bournemouth Airport, offering flights to 16 destinations across Europe, including popular spots in Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Turkey. The introduction of Prague and Vienna marks an exciting extension of the airline’s offerings, targeting those looking to experience the charm of European Christmas markets.

Flights to Prague will operate from November 27 to December 1, 2025, with services available on Thursdays and Sundays. Meanwhile, flights to Vienna will run from November 28 to December 22, 2025, with departures on Mondays and Fridays, providing travelers with flexible options for short festive getaways.

Jet2 is offering a choice between flight-only options with Jet2.com or ATOL-protected package holidays with Jet2CityBreaks, allowing customers to secure their holiday plans with a low deposit of £60 per person. These new routes provide a unique opportunity for travellers to immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere of two of Europe’s most iconic cities during the Christmas season.
