New logo for Dorset’s Disability Charity

Diverse Abilities, Dorset’s Disability Charity, has announced a new logo to represent the charity which supports children and adults with profound physical and learning disabilities across Dorset.

The charity who support over 2,000 people, runs a number of services including Langside School, a school for two to 19 year olds, The Beehive, an activity and therapy hub for adults and Lily’s Place, a children’s respite home.

The new logo has been created in conjunction with Bournemouth based creative agency, Studio Global who has been a creative partner to Diverse abilities for almost 10 years and specialise in brand and video storytelling. The new look has been produced following a lot of research to ensure the logo is accessible, clear and easy to read, as well as being something that truly represents the charity through it’s 70th anniversary next year, and beyond.

Mark Powell, CEO of Diverse Abilities, commented: “We are really excited to launch our new logo. We wanted to create something that represents us now, which is unique as well as being clear and accessible to read. We were keen to keep the same colours, so that we are still recognisable but with a more modern feel ready to go into our 70th year.”
