SPIRIT at David Lloyd
David Lloyd Poole have launched new SPIRIT programmes this January!
SPIRIT is David Lloyd's Signiture Mind and Body Programme that combines Yoga, Pilates and Sound Meditation, all soundtracked by peaceful music.
They are now offering 4 different formats of SPIRIT, including Beginner/Taster classes.
New:
- Mondays 1pm Spirit and Live Meditaion (60 minutes)
- Mondays 5pm Spirit Beginners/Taster (30 Minutes)
Monthly Addional Classes:
- Saturday 28th January 12:05pm
- Sunday 29th January 5:30pm
