Let's Talk
Lytchett Minster Rugby Club
Lytchett Rugby Club has a proud tradition that began in 1981 and continues to thrive as a central part of the local community.
The club offers rugby training and coaching for young players aged 6 to 16 every Sunday morning, while senior players aged 17 and above train on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Juniors
Lytchett Rugby Club’s junior section focuses on fun, helping children develop a love for the game while building teamwork, leadership, and fair play.
As a volunteer-run club, parent involvement is encouraged—whether through coaching (with training provided), team support, or committee roles. The more you get involved, the more rewarding the experience is for both you and your child.
Seniors
The club currently runs one adult male side and an under-18 Colts team, offering opportunities for players of all levels to enjoy competitive and social rugby.
Training, led by Head Coach Steve O’Shea and Assistant Coach Simon Keen, is inclusive and open to all players, regardless of which team they represent. New players—whether returning or starting fresh—are always welcome.
For more information, visit the club website or contact a committee member. New members are always warmly welcomed into the Lytchett family—come and see what makes this club so special.
