Sandbanks Beach
One of Britain's best beaches because of its golden sands and outstanding picturesque views.
Sandbanks Beach is one of the most breathtaking spectacular beaches, it provides you with an array of incredibly fun activities for all ages.
Sandbanks has an abundance of fantastic family-friendly activities, and facilities such as a huge crazy-golf course, mini golf course, volleyball nets, slackline, table tennis, sensory play area, climbing frames, swings, and sand diggers.
For you sports lovers they have watersports and equipment hire available, and for those who would prefer to sit and relax, parasols and deckchair hire is available.
You'll find a plentiful selection of quaint cafes and quirky shops along the seafront, as well as a little train that rides along the seafront giving you lifts to your required destination.

- Sandbanks car park has 550 spaces, with 5 disabled parking bays.
- There is also harbourside pay and display parking along Banks Road

Accessibility:
- Mobi-Mats are available from May to September.
- Accessible toilets near the Jazz Cafe at Shore Road (RADAR key required)
Lifeguards:
- Lifeguard patrols are from 1 April to 24 September 2023, between 10 am and 6 pm.
Dogs:
- Dogs are welcome all year round although restrictions apply at certain times of the year.
- There is a designated dog beach area at the western end of Sandbanks Beach to Haven Point (by the chain ferry).
- Dogs are only allowed on the main beach from 1 October to 30 April.
