Open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 7am until 7pm.

Choose from their two beautiful beach saunas, Little and Large, both available for exclusive hire. Whether you bring friends, family, or enjoy it solo, it’s your private retreat. 

As you relax in the warmth of the sauna, your blood vessels expand, boosting circulation and easing tension in your joints and muscles. Studies suggest that regular sauna sessions may provide relief for those with chronic pain or arthritis, offering deep comfort and relaxation. What should you bring to the Studland Sauna Hut?

Wear swimwear (this isn’t the nudist end of the beach!), bring two towels—one to sit on and one to dry off—and stay hydrated with fresh water.

Who is the Studland Sauna Hut for?

Suitable for ages 16+. Not recommended for those who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or have underlying medical conditions.

When is the sauna open?

Their sauna is open year-round, and while booking is recommended, walk-ins are sometimes available. They're also happy to open the sauna just for you upon request.
