New M&S Food Store at Crown Mead
A new 4,000sq ft M&S Food store will open at the Crown Mead Shopping Centre in Wimborne on Thursday, October 12.
The unit has been empty since November 2022 when M&Co moved out. Many locals are delighted to have an M&S in the centre and many think that it will attract more visitors.
The new store will offer a bakery, plus a click and collect service for clothing and home products bought online at Marksandspencer.com. The store will sell fresh produce and meat from the M&S Select Farms, prepared meals and store cupboard essentials.
The store opening promises to be a significant occasion with Percy Pig, Wimborne’s mayor and town crier and also pupils from St John’s CE VC First School officiating at the opening.
The store opening hours are now available on the M&S website. Opening hours will be 8am – 8pm Monday to Saturday and Sundays 10am - 4pm.
