Bournemouth boxer Billam-Smith's next fight confirmed
Bournemouth cruiserweight hero Chris Billam-Smith is set to step back into the ring against American Brandon Glanton later this year.
The pair are set to do battle at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday, April 26, on the undercard to the eagerly-anticipated clash between Conor Benn and Chris Eubank Junior.
It will be the first time Billam-Smith has fought since his world title unification fight to Gilberto Ramirez ended in defeat in Saudi Arabia last November.
Former WBO champion Billam-Smith’s professional record stands at 20 wins and two defeats, the exact same as American Glanton.
The Georgia-born fighter has won his past three fights against the likes of Carlos Fromenta
Romero, Emil Markic and Aleksei Egorov – all via knockout.
Former Poole ABC man Billam-Smith also recently said he would be interested in fighting Badou Jack for the WBC title.
