Cutler to bring 'chaos' to Liverpool in bout against unbeaten McKenna
Dorset fighter Lee Cutler is set to be back in action next month, in an exciting contest against Ireland’s Stephen McKenna.
The man nicknamed ‘Chaos’ will take on the undefeated Irishman for the vacant WBC International Silver Super Welterweight title at the Exhibition Centre in Liverpool on December 14.
Cutler’s last fight saw him win the vacant English Super Welterweight title with a unanimous points victory over Kingsley Egnunike at the BIC.
He was set to be lining up Joe Laws for his next bout, but now has McKenna in his sights on a BOXXER card on Sky Sports.
McKenna beat Laws in his last contest back in August, with the towel being thrown in during round three after both fighters were down in the opening round.
He is unbeaten in 15 fights in total, with 14 of those victories coming by knockout.
Former Poole ABC man Cutler’s only defeat in the pro ranks came back in 2020, after he lost at middleweight to Lancashire’s Brad Rea.
The 28-year-old joined trainer Josh Pritchard as part of the Shane McGuigan stable in 2023, having previously been with coach Kev Thorniley.
