Iraola believes AFC Bournemouth are 'now clicking' during remarkable run of form
AFC Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola insisted his side were “now clicking” after they continued their remarkable run of Premier League form.
The Dorset club breezed past toothless Fulham 3-0 at Vitality Stadium on Boxing Day, thanks to goals from Justin Kluivert, a Dominic Solanke penalty and Luis Sinisterra’s classy strike from range.
Victory took Cherries into the top 10 in the Premier League and equalled a club record seven games unbeaten in the top flight.
"There are a lot of small things that are now clicking, mentally," Iraola told Match of the Day, when asked about his side’s upturn in form.
"We know each other much better. We’ve seen things we are working on are giving us points and everyone is pushing.
“There is strong competition between themselves for minutes.
“It's becoming tough for me to make the starting XIs, but I think it's good for the team.”

During the victory over Marco Silva’s cottagers, Iraola was forced to watch from the stands after picking up a touchline ban for accumulating three yellow cards.
Asked in his post-match press conference about being situated up by the hospitality boxes, Iraola said: “I prefer to be on the bench.
“I will try to improve my behaviour, not to raise the hands and try to control it a little bit more, because I did not like the experience.
“Although, maybe they don’t need me so much, they did very well!”
Bournemouth’s next clash comes on New Year’s Eve, when they make the trip to face Tottenham.
