Poole Pirates to start 2025 with exciting BSN Series clashes

Poole Pirates will begin their 2025 campaign with a mouth-watering double-header against Oxford Cheetahs in April.

The Wimborne Road outfit will make the trip to Cowley on April 16th before returning to for their home leg on Good Friday (April 18th).

The fixtures mark the opening chapter in Poole's bid to defend the BSN title they’ve claimed for the past two seasons, since the competition’s inception.

Promoter Danny Ford said: "I can't think of a better way to spend Good Friday than hosting Oxford.

“They’ll be eager to make a statement after our thrilling battles last year, and we’re hoping for a bumper holiday crowd to kick off the season in true derby style."

The Pirates are determined to make 2025 another memorable year as they aim to defend their Cab Direct Championship, MAXiCab KO Cup, and BSN Series titles.
