Built in Wales from sustainable wood by the skilled artisans at The Cedar Sauna Company, this brand-new sauna features floor-to-ceiling windows, offering uninterrupted views of the sunrise over the sea.
It’s the perfect space to experience the rejuvenating combination of heat therapy and cold-water immersion.
Guests can choose between a shared communal sauna for up to five people or a private session for groups of up to ten. Open daily from 7am until 7pm, it provides the ideal setting for relaxation, wellness, and a revitalising sea dip.
